Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 01.12.2016 and 15.09.2017 for making the payment of balance total sum of Rs.85,40,000/- (Rupees Eighty Five Lakhs and Forty Thousands Only) with interest due thereon from the date of the invoice i.e. 12.10.2015 till date of realization, within a time frame. writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on the representations made by them on 01.12.2016 and 15.09.2017, wherein and whereby the claim for payment of balance sum of Rs.85,40,000/- with interest due thereon from the date of the invoice i.e., 12.10.2015.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide. As the only grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that their representations as stated supra, have not been considered so far, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, only with a direction to the respondent to consider those representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
