This application is filed seeking to raise the attachment of the schedule property, attached by an order dated 20.04.2016 passed by this Court in A.No.6260 of 2015.

2. It is stated in paragraph 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the application that the applicants/respondents have paid a sum of Rs.1,40,000/- towards full and final settlement of the loan in Contract No.H000501083. A copy of the letter dated 27.09.2018 has been filed by the applicants to show that the amount has been settled and the financier/respondent has also acknowledged that there are no other dues. In view of the above settlement, the attachment is unnecessary.
