Letter No.01/00092/2021 dated 22.06.2021 on the file of the respondents 1 to 3 herein quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to not to dispossess the petitioner from the occupational place.(in WP.NO.14487/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.REKHA SIVAKUMAR FOR MR.C.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.
