This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband namely Dongaraj, mother-in-law Selvamani, sister-in-law Rani, Porkodi, Jayageetha, Sister-in-law's husband Ravi, all attempted to murder the petitioner by giving tablets which would make the petitioner faint. In fact, the petitioner was admitted in hospital and discharged. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 17.08.2015 to the 2nd respondent. Since the said complaint was not registered so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already FIR has been registered in Crime No.302 of 2015 for offences under Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and 506[ii] IPC.

4. Recording the same, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is closed.
