After making some submissions, the Petitioner as party-in-person, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw all these miscellaneous petitions, with liberty to file a comprehensive miscellaneous petition, as directed by this court. He has also made endorsement in all these petitions to that effect.

Recording the submissions and endorsements so made by the Petitioner, liberty is granted and all these Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
