Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Notice dated 25.03.2013 bearing Ref.No.SARB/MBL/9846 issued by the Second Respondent and consequently direct the Second Respondent not publish the photographs of the Petitioner pending disposal of the O.S.No.3532/2011 on the file of the VIII Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the borrower has settled the outstanding and there is no due as of now. In view of the settlement made between the parties, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
