ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent's impugned CC bill dated 07.05.2021 for petitioner's LT Service Connection No.09303006165 insofar as Rs.47,75,060/- alone is concerned and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, against principals of natural justice, contrary to the second respondent's Circular Memo dated 03.02.2016 and against Regulation 13(2) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
