Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2022 seeking not to register the property belongs to the petitioner to an extent of 0.13 cents which is erroneously included in S.F.No.170/1A1A situated at Kanakkampalayam Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.
