This petition is filed to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the appeal.
Heard Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondent 4 is not the main contesting respondent.
Therefore, his array of party in the cause-title be dispensed with and he could be removed from the array of parties.
The same stands recorded. All other three respondents, having been served, but none appears before this Court.
The delay is only 194 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 194 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
