Seeking for issuance of patta for the land situated in Survey No.107/3, Thenur Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the petitioner made a representation dated 23.01.2015 to the respondent no.2. As no orders have been passed, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.From the records, it is seen that the respondent no.1 has referred the application of the petitioner dated 05.01.2015 to the respondent no.2 as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.46/2014 dated 09.01.2015.

Thereafter, the petitioner submitted another representation on 23.01.2015, which is yet to be disposed of. 3.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and any third party, if necessary. representation along with the copy of this order within a period of two weeks.
