The original petitioner one Thulukkanam is no more. Therefore, in order to bring the legal heirs, the present petition has been filed by the legal heirs.

2. Heard Mr.I.Rathinavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned counsel for the Government appearing for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the Writ Petition after one week.
