This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on 21.09.2015, one Charles attempted to trespass and damaged the compound wall. When the petitioner resisted the same, the said Charles scolded the petitioner with filthy language. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said Charles has reconstructed the damaged wall.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the counter petitioner also gave an undertaking that he will not indulge in such activities in future.

5. In view of the above representation made on either side, no need to give a direction as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed.
