Writ petition is filed to consider the representation dated 09.03.2024 seeking police protection.

2. The representation indicates that a Civil Court decree is in favour of the petitioner. However, he is not able to enjoy that in view of certain obstructions by 3rd parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that so far no representation received by the police from the petitioner herein. If any such presentation given, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st respondent police, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give fresh representation. On receipt of the representation, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction,this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
