(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the grievance at present is confined to disposal of the representation of the petitioner made in December, 2014, which is available at page no.3 of the typed-set.

2. We, thus, call upon the fifth respondent to take a call on the representation one way or the other by a speaking order, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the reasoned decision be communicated to the petitioner.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
