O R D E R

The respondent initiated proceedings in HMOP No.182 of 2015 before the Sub-Court at Poonamallee, praying for a decree of divorce. The petitioner, on the other hand, filed F.C.M.C.No.1 of 2015 before the Family Court at Dharmapuri. The petitioner is before this Court with a request to transfer the matrimonial proceedings from the Sub-Court, Poonamallee to the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the proceedings in HMOP No.182 of 2015 from the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore.

4. In view of the consensus arrived at among the parties and taking into account the pendency of the maintenance case before the Family Court at Dharmapuri, the transfer petition deserves to be allowed.

5. The proceedings in HMOP No.182 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee and is transferred to the file of Family Court at Dharmapuri, for disposal along with F.C.M.C.No.1 of 2015.

6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
