ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.6429 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to stay at Thiruvallur and report before the

Inspector of Police, B2, Thriuvallur Taluk Police Station, Thriuvallur, twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. for a period of one month and thereafter report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is a case of attempt to murder and that the petitioner has not even complied with the conditions for 30 days.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds no merit in the present application.
