ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representations dated 19.01.2018 and 17.07.2018 and cancel the sale deed dated 11.03.1991 bearing document No.283 of 1991 on the file of the SRO, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District with respect to the property namely, agricultural land comprised in Survey No.56A/2A measuring to an extent of 1.97 acres situated at Palli Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 19.01.2018 and 17.07.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the petitioner seeks to set aside the sale of the year 1991, for which he should approach the Civil Court only. However, he appealed that the respondents 1 to 3 be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2018 and reminder dated 17.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
