ORDER

The petitioner's license for grant of starting a Gym was rejected by the impugned order allegedly on public ground. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. A perusal of the order would show that no reasons have been assigned. In the counter affidavit, two reasons have been stated. One is the objection from the general public for starting the Gym and another is likelihood of traffic congestion. These reasons have not been stated in the order impugned.

3. Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, hear his case and then, satisfy about the license to be granted. Such exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
