ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner that he belongs to Kurumans(ST) Community as per the application dated 02.07.2018 based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's mother's sister's son K.Marudhan and daughter K.Manimekalai which was verified by the State Level Scrutiny Committee in proceedings No.10890/CVIII/2014 dated 06.03.2015, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that notwithstanding the enquiry being completed substantially, the request for issuance of community certificate pursuant to the application dated 02.07.2018 is yet to be considered.

3.Considering the submission made, we direct the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
