It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, the application may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has also made and endorsement to that effect. Recording the said submission and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner filed a report along with a memo seeking additional remuneration.

3.Considering the memo filed by the Advocate Commissioner along with the report, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner within seven days from today.
