L.Natarajan, who retired as Senior Tally Clerk, Cargo Handling Division Traffic Department, Chennai Port Trust (P.P.No.12984) in pursuant to the representation dated 25.08.2010, 10.11.2010 and 16.06.2011 made by the petitioner's Husband as well as the petitioner representation dated 16.02.2012 to the second respondent.
