O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and final order dated 12.02.2009 passed in I.A.No.60 of 2004 in

A.S.No.132 of 1994 on the file of the First Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sabarish, representing Mr.S.K.Rakhunathan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned counsel for the respondent informed him that the matter has been settled between the parties however he has no instruction from the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the records that the first appeal is of the year 1994. In the said circumstances, without deciding the issue on merits, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
