Respondents (Respondent No.6 impleaded suo-motu as per the order dt. 11.6.2012 in W.P.No.6990/2012) W.P.No.7770 of 2009 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dt. 10.10.2007 and 15.03.2009 and pass suitable orders within the stipulated period and thereby protect the properties of Sivagiri Zameen wherever found all over India and world in accordance with law.
W.P.No.6990 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to identify and hand over to the petitioner possession of all the immovable properties belonging to Sivagiri Estate which were entrusted to the 5th respondent for management under Court of Wards Act and also account for and make payment of the income accrued to the estate while it was in the management of the Court of Wards.

COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is quite apparent that the only relief prayed for is for disposal of the representations, which form part of the subject matter of the writ petitions.
2. On our query, the learned Special Government Pleader states that the Commissioner of Land Administration will dispose of these representations within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, after giving audience to the petitioners in both the petitions in view of the long passage of time and the complication arising in this matter. In case the petitioners want to submit any further information in this behalf, they may do so within a period of two weeks from today.
3. The writ petitions, accordingly, stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2009 in W.P.No.7770 of 2009 is closed.
