The grievance of the petitioner is that the earlier order passed has been withdrawn unilaterally by the respondent no.3, thus the petitioner made a representation on 01.12.2014 to review and set aside the decision of the respondent no.3. Since no order has been passed on the representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
