2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 24.10.2025, passed in A.No.1930 of 2025 in O.P.No.223 of 2025, paragraph No.5 of the order may be substituted as follows:

"5.Hence, the petitioner / father is entitled to visit the child and take him to his home on every Sunday at 08.00 a.m., to 07.00 p.m., and therefore he has to handover the child to the respondent / mother at 08.00 pm., at her home." 3.All other observations made in the earlier order dated 24.10.2025, shall remain intact.

4.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy immediately after carrying out necessary corrections.
