This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.488 of 2011 from the file of the second respondent to any other agency.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.488/2011, after thorough investigation, was closed, treating the death of the petitioner's son Madankumar as natural one and the final report to that effect was also filed before the Tahsildar, Sriperumbudur in January 2017.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail legal remedy in the manner known to law.
