Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.RAMESH, Government Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.V.KAVITHA for M/S.GIRIDHAR AND SAI, Advocate for the 1st respondent and the 2nd respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:-

The order of recovery is stayed by this Court in order dated 28.3.2017 since the stay was granted on 28.3.2017 this court is of the opinion that the issues raised by the respondent shall be adjudicated at the time of final hearing of the disposal. This vacate stay petition stands dismissed.
