The prayer sought for in the present petition is to accept the compromise and quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in Crime No. 694 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their respective Aadhar Cards and Driving Lincences viz., 1.S.P. Senthil Kumar - 787148131911, 2.S.Gopi - TN 10 1995 0001020 (Driving Licence), 3.S.Lakshmanan - TN04 1989 0002404 (Driving Licence), 4. K.P.Roy - TN09 19850001678 (Driving Licence), 5.P.Vellaichamy - 938024926614 and 6. R. Dhanapal - TN09 20150002553 (Driving Licence) and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 11.11.2017 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 694 of 2013 Dated 27.05.2013 on the file of first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The affidavit filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant shall form part of the order.
