On 08.04.2015, the petitioners made a representation to the respondent no.2 stating that in the Patta No.5, they should also be included as joint pattadars. Since the said representation has not been considered with respect to the land in Survey No.27/4C, Vasanthapuram Village, Namakkal District an extent of 1.39 acres, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner as well as the other persons, whose names are included in the Patta No.5 and who would be affected, if the request of the petitioners is considered. No costs.
