2. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff in C.S.No.69 of 2022 had made an endorsement on 22.08.2022 stating that he is withdrawing the suit, thereby, the suit was dismissed as withdrawn. Further, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has filed a memo on 17.08.2022, wherein he sought to avail the alternative remedy available under Constitution of the Church of South India, therefore, he seeks to incorporate the said portion in the Judgment dated 22.08.2022, i.e.,to avail the alternative remedy.

Per contra, Mr.Adrian D.Rozario, learned counsel for defendants 1, 2, 3 and 12 and Mr.S.Prabakaran, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.S.Ravichandran and Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the proposed impleading applicants in A.Nos.2360 to 2368 of 2022 would submit that already there is no bar for the plaintiff to approach M/s Church of South India to avail the alternative remedy. 4. In such circumstances, it is up to the plaintiff to avail such alternative remedy and there is no need for any clarification in the Judgment dated 22.08.2022 in C.S.No.69 of 2022.
