This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 10.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15563 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to call for the petitioner for certificate verification, if the petitioner satisfies the eligibility criteria, within a period of two weeks.

On instructions, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is not coming under the zone of consideration.
