PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 24.12.2021 and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry within a stipulated time frame to be said illegal subdivision as survey number 1639/3/A1k, in the name of Kanchipuram Municipality and consequently cancel the wrongful patta issued for the survey number 1639/3/A1k.
