Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2015 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi, to the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. Learned counsel on either side submits that settlement talks are going on between the parties and hence, there is no impediment for transfer.

4. Considering the said submission, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2015 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi, to the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram. In the circumstances stated, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible in keeping with the requirement of Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
