By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner is a borrower from the respondent bank and he now seeks a one time settlement with the bank for settling all its dues. 3.Mr.S.Shushaanth, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. 4.It seems to be a commercial transaction between the petitioner and the bank. Therefore, it is up to the bank to consider the case of the petitioner within the framework of its rules and regulations. Hence, the petitioner is required to approach the respondent bank in this regard for an appropriate remedy. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
