(CR.NO.120 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the Petitioner is directed to stay Thanjavur and report before the Tanjavur Town Police Station daily at at 10.30 a.m until further orders Crl.O.P.No.9069 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9069 of 2022 on 25.04.2022 to stay at Thanjavur and report before Thanjavur town police station daily at 10.30. a.m, for until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
