ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Anandha Kumar takes notice on behalf of respondent.

2. Mr.Anandha Kumar strongly opposed the application stating that the delay is of 781 days.

3. The appeal has been filed within the time prescribed, but there was a deficit in the court fees paid and this application is only to condone the delay in paying the deficit court fees.

4. For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, keeping open the rights and contentions of respondent, including on the issue of jurisdiction of this court to entertain the appeal, the delay is condoned.

5. Application is disposed of.
