The Transfer CMP is filed to withdraw C.M.A.No.33 of 2015 on the file of the XVI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to the file of the learned X Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the Counsel represented that the CMA.No.33 of 2015 was argued before the learned XVI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and the said Judge is now posted as learned X Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. Therefore, the CMA.No.33 of 2015 could be transferred to the X Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for delivering judgment as both sides have already completed the arguments.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
