Upon examining the pleadings and the draft issues filed by the plaintiffs and the defendants, the following issues are framed for consideration: "1) Whether the legal heirs of the deceased first defendant have the right to challenge the Will?

2) Whether the testator was in a sound disposing state of mind when the Will dated 07.04.1995 registered as Document No.37 of 1995 was executed?

3) Whether the Will dated 07.04.1995 of the late S.V.P.Mahamayee Ammal and registered as Document No.37 of 1995 in the office of the SubRegistrar at T.Nagar is true and valid?

4) Whether the plaintiffs are entitled to the probate of the Will dated 07.04.1995 and registered as Document No.37 of 1995 in the office of the SubRegistrar at T.Nagar?

5) Whether the parties are entitled to any other relief?"

2. The parties are directed to file affidavit of documents, list of witnesses and complete all other requirements on or before 06.03.2020.

3. Post the matter before the learned Master on 09.03.2020 for recording evidence.
