The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property comprised in S.No.28/13 Kallakudi Village, Thiruvannamalai District on the basis o the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2014. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2014, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. 3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass orders in accordance with law after giving notice to all the interested parties.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2014 for issuance of patta and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
