This petition is filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner on Anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest, pending investigation in Crime Number not known of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that already petition enquiry has been conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.374 of 2015.
