The petition is filed to permit substituted service for the first respondent by effecting paper publication on notice of hearing in any one of the Tamil dailies as the notice already sent to the first respondent could not be served.

2. The petitioner is permitted to take substituted service by paper publication for the first respondent in 'Malai Murasu'

having circulation in Coimbatore District by indicating the date of hearing as 16.06.2023.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
