O R D E R

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has come out with this Transfer Petition for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the file of Sub Court, Gudiyatham, today when this petition is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submissions and endorsements made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2018 to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
