This Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to bring the appellant Nos.2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No.1 on record as Appellant Nos.2 to 4 in the above first appeal.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kousik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / appellants and Mr.J.Shakul Hameed, representing M/s. C.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and he has no objection for allowing this Petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of no objection having been stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this petition is allowed.
