ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 27.04.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 307 @ 341, 452, 302 read with Section 34 of IPC in Cr.No.218 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner along with other accused persons, attacked one Naveen with knife and caused his death. On receiving information, the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases pending against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 09/07/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
