ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.236 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and robbed his Auto at knife point. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and robbed his Auto at knife point. He further submits that the auto was recovered. He further submits that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
