This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of investigation. 2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, the respondent police conducted the enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, these petitioners are not at all required for any enquiry since no complaint is pending.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
