ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking production of the detenue - Indhumathi, aged about 30 years, D/o.Azhaganandam, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 1 and 2.

3.Upon perusal of the earlier order passed by this Court and on the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this Court is of the view that it is nothing but a dispute between the petitioner and the detenue as she married a man of her choice. Thus this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
