Application No.608 of 2017 Dr.S.VIMALA, J., Earlier when the notice was ordered to the respondent, notice has been taken and the process has been served upon the respondent.

Since despite notice, the respondent did not appear, this Court by the order, dated 05.04.2017, has directed the respondent to furnish security to the extent of the claim made by the Applicant, within a period of two weeks.

2. It is represented by the Applicant that the notice sent to the respondent, returned with an endorsement "unclaimed" and today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.

3. As stated in the order dated 05.04.2017, the security is not furnished by the respondent. Hence, property is ordered to be attached.

4. With the said directions, this Application is closed.
