O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 23.04.2018 in C.S.R. No.125 of 2018 dated 04.05.2018 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner got married with one Johnson on 04.06.2012 and subsequently her husband and her in-laws harassed the petitioner by demanding dowry and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 23.04.2018, but, so far no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint in CSR No.125 of 2018 dated 04.05.2018 has been issued and the said complaint is still pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence then, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law.

5. With aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
