2. The petitioner lodged complaint as against the respondent before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. Since the same was not considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to dispose the petition in D.V.C.No.38/2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
